As a college/campus recruiter, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with universities nationwide and be part of a rapidly growing start up.

 

Responsibilities

Develop a strategy, implement the plan and lead our campus recruiting efforts nationwide

Manage the full cycle recruitment for college campuses

Act as the primary point of contact for career services offices, students, and candidates at target colleges/universities

Organize and represent Nift Networks on career-related campus events

Develop and foster strong relationships with target universities to promote our brand

Develop a strong pipeline of quality candidates to ensure that company growth plans are met

Manage candidate life cycle for new employees including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, and on-boarding

 

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting with at least 1-2 years of experience in college/campus recruiting

Experience with recruiting for start-up / small tech companies is a plus

Previous high velocity/volume campus recruiting is strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree

Strong MS Office, G-Suite, and web-based applicant tracking system knowledge

Solid knowledge of principles and best practices of recruitment, employment laws and practices

Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills with strong employee relations capabilities

Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to drive business decisions with data

Ability and willingness to travel

 

Examples of projects we currently need help with:

Expanding Nift’s Account Management and Business Development (BDR) Teams in Bryan/College Station TX to achieve our goal of reaching 300 new hires

Build Nift’s presence and cultivate connections with target universities and programs

Develop and maintain relationships with colleges/universities to develop a steady flow of candidates for current and future growth

Planning and organizing recruiting events such as: presentations, career fairs, and interviews
