Talent Specialist - Campus Recruitment

We just raised a $16.5M A-Round from the investors who funded Twitter and FitBit. We believe it's time technology starts working for Main Street’s small businesses. Nift is bringing new customers through the doors of neighborhood businesses like no other form of marketing, by massively scaling what business owners already know works best: delivering excellent experiences and saying thank you.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Develop a strong pipeline of quality candidates to ensure that company growth plans are met
  • Establish and foster relationships with contacts at campus career service offices
  • Organize and represent Nift at on-campus career events
  • Manage the candidate life cycle from sourcing to interviewing to onboarding

 

Some of the projects you’ll focus on include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategy to lead our campus recruiting efforts nationwide
  • Growing Nift’s Account Management and Business Development teams in Bryan/College Station
  • Organizing and leading recruiting events such as presentations, info sessions, career fairs, and on-campus interviews

What You Need:

  • College degree (BA/BS), motivation and a can-do attitude
  • Organizational skills - you’re a planner and can keep on top of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite and applicant tracking systems

 

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Experience with high volume campus recruiting and/or recruiting for a startup
  • Solid knowledge of principles and best practices of recruitment, employment laws and practices
  • Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills with strong employee relations capabilities
  • The ability and willingness to travel

  • Strong operational skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work both as a team player and independently
