Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will report to our VP of People. We are looking for someone to source, interview, and schedule potential candidates. Additional responsibilities will include (by no means limited to) maintain, and capture information accurately in our ATS and spreadsheets, develop status reports, outreach to prospective candidates, reference checks, support the TA team in a wide array of recruitment related projects (branding, community building events, campus/university recruiting).

You should be a problem solver, a critical thinker who has a natural curiosity and a willingness to learn. You should work well with others, be a self starter and work efficiently. You should be a risk-taker, who is not afraid of change or being exposed to different functions/roles/tasks. Most importantly, you should be very organized, with a very strong attention to detail, and can work on multiple projects simultaneously. We move at a very fast pace and work in an innovative environment. You’ll be a part of a growing, dynamic, collaborative team that is focused and works hard while having fun. 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Upkeep candidates through Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and executive staff to coordinate and schedule appointments, and on-site interviews
  • Interact with teams and candidate to ensure that all parties have the best experience
  • Support the team and handle any other tasks that may arise, including screening resumes, phone screens, in person interviews, posting job openings, onboarding, and university/campus recruitment

 

Requirements:

  • B.S/B.A Degree or equivalent
  • 2 years or more of relative experience
  • Proficient with Google Suite (particularly Calendar)/Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a very fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Fast learner
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Enjoys when working with data
  • Professionalism
  • Social media experience is a plus
