As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will report to our VP of People. We are looking for someone to source, interview, and schedule potential candidates. Additional responsibilities will include (by no means limited to) maintain, and capture information accurately in our ATS and spreadsheets, develop status reports, outreach to prospective candidates, reference checks, support the TA team in a wide array of recruitment related projects (branding, community building events, campus/university recruiting).
You should be a problem solver, a critical thinker who has a natural curiosity and a willingness to learn. You should work well with others, be a self starter and work efficiently. You should be a risk-taker, who is not afraid of change or being exposed to different functions/roles/tasks. Most importantly, you should be very organized, with a very strong attention to detail, and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
